 Mike DeNardo is a real estate investor, advisor, and co-founder of Lifestyle Real Estate Advisors. After 20+ years in corporate sales and financial strategy, he now focuses on helping families and professionals find properties that deliver cash flow, tax efficiency, and lifestyle value. Mike owns and self-manages a diversified portfolio of long- and short-term rentals, bringing real-world experience in acquisitions, renovations, and operations. He lives in Northern Virginia with his wife, Lauren, and two children, and believes real estate should create freedom, not complexity. 

  Lauren DeNardo is co-founder of Lifestyle Real Estate Advisors and the driving force behind the firm’s creative portfolio strategy. With expertise in acquisition analysis, portfolio optimization, and long-term planning, she ensures every investment aligns with financial performance and family priorities. A hands-on investor and super mom of two young kids, Lauren brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach that balances wealth-building with flexibility, stability, and time for family. She lives in Northern Virginia with Mike and their children and is passionate about helping families use real estate to create freedom, security, and meaningful living.
