Mike DeNardo is a real estate investor, advisor, and co-founder of Lifestyle Real Estate Advisors. After more than 20 years in high-performance advisory roles, Mike now helps families and high-earning professionals identify real estate opportunities that deliver strong cash flow, tax efficiency, and long-term lifestyle value.
Mike owns and self-manages a diversified portfolio of long-term and short-term rental properties, bringing hands-on expertise in acquisitions, renovations, and property operations. His background in strategic advisory enables him to quickly identify opportunities, structure creative deals, and build long-term partnerships with investors and operators.
Through Lifestyle Real Estate Advisors, Mike focuses on sourcing off-market opportunities and helping others build real estate portfolios that generate income while supporting a flexible, lifestyle-driven way of living.
He lives in Northern Virginia with his wife Lauren and their two children, and believes real estate should create freedom — not complexity.

Lauren DeNardo
Lauren DeNardo is co-founder of Lifestyle Real Estate Advisors and leads the firm’s acquisition analysis and portfolio design strategy. With a background in commercial banking and nearly two decades of experience advising business owners and real estate investors, Lauren brings institutional underwriting discipline to entrepreneurial real estate growth.
A former Vice President at Fortune 500 banks, Lauren spent over 18 years structuring financial solutions and managing relationships with small and middle-market companies. Today, she applies that financial expertise to evaluating investments, optimizing portfolio performance, and guiding long-term strategy.
Lauren oversees design-driven renovations, and operational optimization across the firm’s growing portfolio of lifestyle vacation homes and rental properties. A hands-on investor and proud mom of two, Lauren brings a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach that balances wealth-building with flexibility, stability, and time for family.
She lives in Northern Virginia with Mike and their children and is passionate about helping families use real estate to build freedom, security, and a meaningful life.
